Our client, an extremely well known hospital in Philadelphia, is seeking a contract to hire Verification Specialist to join their Center City team! This position plays an integral role in ensuring sensitive details are organized and accurate. A strong attention to detail is a must have!

About You:

• Associates Degree is preferred
• 3+ years of insurance verification experience
• Incredible verbal and written communication skills
• An overwhelming sense of organization with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Exhibit a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Prior experience working in EHR systems including EPIC, NaviNet, etc.

Day to Day:

• Maintain a detailed log of expected payments from patients
• Process all insurance, payments and claims ensuring accuracy in each associated system
• Develop daily reports of cases and communications from the previous day
• Meet and exceed performance expectations
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient's information
