Responsibilities:

* AP, AR, and General Ledger experience (processing 75-100 invoices monthly)

* Helping with month end close

* Working and negotiating with vendors (over 200 contractors outside the U.S.)

* Prepare membership invoices on a weekly basis

* Monitor fund expenditures by projects; prepare project status reports.

* Time charging coordination, verification and validation.

* Vendor and subcontractor invoice review

* Vendor contract development

* Budget and cost estimates development for projects.

* Assist in the establishment of forecasted budget for all operations and manage throughout year.

* Assist in financial matters, including project funding and allowable work scope for multiple

* funding sources.

* Prepare payment requests for approval

* Provide financial status reports as needed.

* Responsible for managing the PO process and purchase management.

* Manage bank account, petty cash, and small purchases.

* Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs organizational budget and

* actual expenditures

* Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs

* Enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and

* workflow

* Provide client relations support

* Assist in year-end audit process

* Assist in annual audits
