Our client is looking to bring on a corporate collections professional to assist them in their accounting department. This role will require experience in a business to business capacity and would not support candidates with only consumer collections.

Location: St. Louis

Schedule: M-F 8:00 - 5:00 (onsite for training then hybrid schedule)

Pay: $35,000 - 55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Collections Experience: In the past, this department has had negative experiences with employees who primarily had consumer collections experience vs. corporate collections experience. This position focuses on corporate collections, which includes building/preserving relationships with our customers and being professional but firm with customers. We've found that employees with too much consumer collections experience can have trouble changing to a corporate collections approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of corporate collection experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team
