Beacon Hill Legal is working with a leading global manufacturer based in Marietta, Georgia seeking a Corporate Counsel. This position will report to the Deputy General Counsel and will be responsible for handling a large variety of commercial contracts, both with internal clients and external vendors, some dispute management and litigation oversight, compliance and ethics matters, and provide general corporate counsel to the business. The legal team works a hybrid schedule, meeting in the office on a weekly basis, with a majority of work done remotely.

Corporate Counsel Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate experience in a sophisticated law firm setting or doing similar work in-house
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing general counsel, handling domestic and international compliance issues
• Must be a team player
• Licensed and in good standing and eligible to practice in-house in the state of Georgia
• Must be able to work in an office in Marietta, GA at least 1-2 days per week

Compensation is $140,000-$190,000 depending on experience, plus a target 15% annual bonus and excellent benefits.
