Premier AmLaw firm is seeking multiple mid-level corporate associates to join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of relevant experience with an emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred. Candidates may sit in any of the firm's offices throughout the country including Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orlando, Tampa (among others). Relocation candidates will be considered provided they are eligible for admission by wavier or willing to sit for an upcoming bar exam in the state where the office is located.
Experienced lateral candidates, including partner-level, encouraged to apply whether or not they have portable business.
