Corporate Paralegal - In House
Beacon Hill is searching for a Corporate Paralegal for an in-house role with a major investment firm. This position would be 4 days in the office with 1 day remote.
This person should have at least 6 years of Corporate Paralegal experience with experience in Corporate Governance. Experience with forming legal entities in Deleware and Cayman Island is a plus.
Salary will depend on experience but range from 110,000-$130,000 with a bonus that would be an all-in compensation of up to $180,000.
Responsibilities:
- Form legal entities in Delaware, the Cayman Islands, and other jurisdictions
- Maintain and manage legal entities
- Organize and run board meetings
- Draft meeting minutes and board resolutions
- Assist with other corporate governance matters
- Organize and accurately maintain physical and electronic documents and files
- Maintain various internal databases
- Review, negotiate, and handle the execution of vendor contracts and non-disclosure agreements, and other documentation
- Frequent interaction with colleagues in IT, Operations, HR, IR, Finance, Tax, and Risk departments
Experience:
- 6+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience with Cayman Islands entities a "plus" (but not required)
