About You:

• Bachelors' Degree is required for this role
• 1+ year of experience within an office environment (internships count!)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to balance and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Day to Day:

• Welcome and direct visitors throughout the office
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
• Act as a point of contact for various departments to assist with administrative tasks including meeting coordination, preparing materials and presentations, and gatekeeping as needed
• Ensure case files and information are accurately documented and organized securely
• Order office supplies as needed, and track inventory

This direct hire opportunity is offering a base salary up to $55,000 annually depending on expereince.
