Counsel, In- House - Terrific opportunity to join this Limited Partnership in a Counsel role. Extremely visible role working closely with the CEO. Must have a JD and 2+ years of contract administration experience including risk management, NDA agreements, proposals, workers compensation and quotes. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills necessary. Attention to detail and willingness to learn are key attributes. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams Outlook, DocuSign and other programs handling corporate matters is required. Downtown Boston location, in office 4-5 days/week. Competitive compensation package.
