Custody Administrator to 70K! - Hybrid Work Model at Successful Private Wealth Management Firm!

A private wealth management firm is seeking a Custody Administrator! This is a client facing position that will be serving as the day-to-day contact for assigned custody client relationships, ranging from family and multi-family offices, independent registered investment advisors (RIAs), foundations and endowments, and direct unaffiliated custody accounts. Custody administrators contribute the successful retention of clients by providing outstanding client service! Primary responsibilities will include serving as a single point of contact for specific clients, researching and resolving client inquiries, reviewing all daily activity and transaction reports, maintaining a working knowledge of the operational group's workflow and processing activities, and documenting and updates or changes to formal procedures, workflows, databases, etc. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus in Finance or a related field preferred, two or more years of meaningful client service experience in financial services, has exceptional communication, client service, organizational, and interpersonal skills, is detail oriented and accurate, can collaborate well with other colleagues, has proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and custody operations experience is a plus.
