Our client, a non-profit association, is looking for a temporary Customer Care Associate to support their team in Alexandria, VA!
About You:
- 2+ years of experience working with customer support, sales, banking, retail, administrative, or equivalent.
- ZenDesk experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site; open to occasional weekend work.
The Job:
- Assist with member and internal requests via phone/ticketing/chats (about 80-100/day).
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customer questions/inquiries.
- Enthusiastically represent the association and its brand to members/customers.
- Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously and enter data quickly and accurately.
