Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Complete outbound follow-up calls to verify status of pending funds coming from other financial institutions.
- Review applications and complete basic data entry, perform licensing checks and initial contract set-up and contact financial advisors regarding missing or clarification of information provided on annuity applications.
- Answer inbound phone calls regarding basic status calls from financial advisors and internal sales team via our agent support line.
- Maintain and manage all pending/follow-up cases on incoming business and communicate status to financial advisors.
- Work independently to prioritize work items effectively to meet service standards and client needs.
- Identify, recommend and implement changes to procedures and checklists to improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
