Our client, an environmental non-profit association located in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a temporary Customer Service Associate to support their team!
About You:
- 1+ years of relevant experience; must have data entry experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Strong detail-orientation with excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Job:
- Assist with subscription requests via email and over the phone.
- Work with accounting to create invoices.
- Initiate memberships.
- Prepare renewals lists and cross reference the information.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
