Job Title: Customer Service/Payer support

Compensation: $17/hr during your temp contract, 40k a year when converted to perm.

Hours: 8am-6pm 1 hour lunch

Location: Westlake

Job Description:

• Manage incoming client and provider requests in a multi-channel environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients by telephone and/or written correspondence regarding all aspects of claims payment processing.
• Resolve escalations from outsourced call center staff.
• Establish high quality client relationships - using information resources and own technical knowledge to respond to external and internal inquiries
• Utilize available resources to identify appropriate solutions for customers.
• Identify and escalate emerging client dissatisfaction issues to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Focus on specific team metrics, i.e., quality monitoring, security verification, adherence to schedule, production, attendance, and quality processing
• Participate in and maintains a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team.
