CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: DETAILS
Title: Customer Experience Advocate
Location: Franklin, TN
Start Date: March 13th, 2023
Pay Rate: $17-20/Hour, depending on experience
Type: Contract to Hire
Openings: 9
- Training schedule will be 3 full weeks onsite Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CT.
- Once training is complete you will be moved into a schedule of 11am-8pm CT *earlier schedules may come available in the future
- Saturday rotation - once every 3-4 weeks, AM schedule
REQUIREMENTS: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Must practice active listening/ and problem-solving skills
- Service-minded 'How can I help?' approach
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- High level interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms.
- Dynamics 365 experience a plus but not required.
- Five9 experience not required but desired.
RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Ensures all external and internal customers receive a concierge level of customer service
- Serves as a representative to all external customers.
- Engage with high value client to schedule service-calls accurately, and efficiently.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and possess strong collaboration and organizational skills with mindfulness to detail.
- Team member should possess good oral and written communications skills, both with co-workers and over the telephone with outside and company associates.
