Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers
* Process all customer orders, changes and returns according to established company policies and procedures.
* Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
* Provide timely feedback to the Executive Team regarding service failures or customer concerns.
* Address customer issues effectively and provides long-term problem resolution.
* Partner with sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
* Utilizes the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information to provide management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
* Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the annual marketing business plan which will include customer service area goals and timetables.
* Provides back-up support to company administrative tasks, as needed.
* Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Access.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze information and solve problems.
* Demonstrated ability to be reliable and a team player.
* Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi task and pay excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
* Ability to manage and organize for multiple deadlines.
Education & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Two or more years of experience working in a customer service and/or administrative services role.
