Job Tasks:
 Serve customers in the high technology industry by providing timely and accurate product
information; maintain effective customer relationship
 Ensure customer orders are processed and filled per the customers' requirements.
 Coordinate activity with inventory management, warehouse and distribution, production facility,
and accounts receivable.
 Resolve product or service performance issues by clarifying the customer's complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
 Contribute to team effort through identification and effective implementation of process and
system improvements as well as backup to other Customer Service Representatives.
 Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
 Update and maintain customer accounts in ERP system.
