Our client, a health nonprofit, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be providing customers with technical and business support for the company's programs. This position pays up to $45k.

About You:

• Associate's degree/ Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position
• Must have strong customer service skills and a knowledge of customer service software
• Must have strong written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries
• Manage the inquiry process (assessing and resolving or triaging) while meeting or exceeding department metrics
• Uses knowledge of the company's programs, guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Welcomes visitors and manages the visitor registry and visitor
• Performs other duties as assigned
