We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist with strong experience in advanced troubleshooting, device imaging and deployment, and customer service. You will work with the internal Help Desk team, manage software deployments, provide advanced support for complex issues, and assist with automation and configuration management across the agency's systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are essential. This is a hybrid role for Wisconsin Residents with 60% on-site presence required.

- This role requires deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex issues with desktop computers, end-user devices, and networks, prior to involving system engineers.
