Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Attorney/JD who is an experienced eDiscovery and Forensic Specialist/ Project Manager. The successful candidate will manage the eDiscovery process, including collecting, preserving, and processing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) to support litigation, investigation, and other electronic discovery matters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data collection and preservation utilizing forensically sound methodologies supporting litigation, legal holds, investigations, and agency actions.
• Conduct forensic investigations on various devices and platforms.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on eDiscovery matters.
• Develop process documentation for eDiscovery and forensic investigations.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Perform data analysis to support eDiscovery activities.
• Support the implementation of new eDiscovery and forensics tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in eDiscovery and forensic investigations.
• Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and methodology (EDRM).
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery tools and systems.
• Must have prior experience using and administrating NUIX.
• Firm understanding of Chain of Custody procedures; forensic best practices, and evidence handling and preservation.
• Experience with accessing, recovering, and collecting encrypted data.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EDiscovery certifications desired
