Beacon Hill Legal is seeking contract Real Estate Attorney - on site for our client an boutique law firm . This position will be 100% in office in their Dallas ,TX (UPTOWN ) location. The duration of this assignment is open ended. We are seeking someone with 2-5 years working experience in the areas of lending, title and survey review, leasing, commercial real estate transactions.

- Schedule: Full time
- Rate: $60- $80/Hr
- 100% in office (Uptown Dallas)
Requirements/ Education, Qualifications, and Experience
- J.D from an accredited law school and State bar admission in Texas
- Superior critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in an independent and collaborative environment
- Excels at organization
- Strong communication skills
- Highly functional multi-tasking ability
- Detail-oriented
