Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant that specializes in Transactional and Estate Planning work. For our client a Texas based Civil litigation firm, this position is in their North Dallas office and is 100% in office. M-F 8 - 5 off LBJ @ tollway
Additional Duties:
- Drafting and proofreading Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other legal documents
- Managing, organizing, and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems
- Engaging and communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Demonstrating and explaining solutions and documents to clients
- Serving as a witness and the signing of multiple documents daily
- Contributing to all aspects of successful and thorough closing of client files
- Providing general administrative assistance, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, sending correspondence, and copying documents
