Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Levell Litigation Paralegal for our client a busy national litigation firm. This position is 100% in an office in Downtown Houston. This role is in the Insurance defense section supporting a very busy group that goes to trial. This position will require extensive work with medical records, including the production of summaries and chronologies. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense

Qualifications/Additional Duties:

Coordinate and schedule mediations, hearings, depositions, client meetings, conference calls, and trial.

Prepare notebooks for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.

Prepare extensive medical summaries and chronologies.

Review and organize documents; create and maintain privilege logs; Bates label, redact, and index documents.

Assemble and collate exhibits and legal documents to assist with the preparation of motions.

Assist with trial preparation and provide trial support.

Maintain monthly/yearly billable hours requirements.

Assist multiple attorneys with various tasks.

Use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.

Use other programs, such as Adobe and ShareFile.

Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, witnesses, other counsel, and experts in person, by email, and on the phone.

Obtain medical, radiology, employment, and billing records.
