Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a senior litigation paralegal for our client a civil litigation boutique law firm . Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the courtroom, must be proficient with editing videos, Trial Director
Additional duties include:
- Provides support for extensive electronic discovery.
- Docketing and calendaring deadlines.
- Prepares, organize, and maintain deposition materials and summaries
- Provides support to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, mediation and arbitration, including assistance with electronic preparation and presentation of trial exhibits and PowerPoint presentations.
- Administers, creates and manages document databases.
- Obtains and organize case materials daily.
- Working knowledge of e-filing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred/paralegal certificate a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in litigation.
- Must have trial experience.
- Experience with Trial Director Relativity, WestLaw, LexisNexis, internet searching and on-line court database systems.
