Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a 3-5-year Transactional Attorney on a contract to hire basis. This position is 100% in office in their North Dallas office. Primary functions of this position are Tech transactions and commercial contracts & agreements, privacy compliance matters, M&A, SEC,P privacy, International, BOD, Corporate Governance, IAPP Certification would be great.

- Estimated duration: Contract to hire

- Location: 100% in office
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Member, in good standing, of the Texas State Bar
- 3+ years of experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines
- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively
