Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to join a national team serving a broad litigation portfolio to assist with conducting investigations and research into case-related information. Remote and hybrid working arrangements are available for this position.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelors degree; a BA in Paralegal Studies and/or or Paralegal Certificate is a plus

1+ years litigation paralegal experience

Strong analytical and communication skills both oral and written

Ability to exercise professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential and sensitive information is required

Demonstrated ability to employ team collaboration software is a plus

Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests, including assisting with discovery requests and document productions

Closely and effectively collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders inside and outside the Firm

Obtaining and managing client documents, including electronic data, and determining potential existence of documents that may be relevant to each case

Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information pursuant to best records management practices across a wide array of case files and documentation
