Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Reporting Analyst to join their team. The Reporting Analyst will work alongside key members to develop and implement metric/performance indicator reporting and dashboards.
Position Description:
- Manage all reporting/data management for dashboard, report and metric creation and analysis.
- Use data visualization tools (Power BI), transformation tools (Alteryx), and multiple data sources to build dashboards and reporting leadership.
- Extract, tabulate, and analyze data to support program activity.
- Work with stakeholders/leadership on requirements for business metrics, visualization, delivery and enabling insights.
- Identify and document business requirements and processes.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
- Present recommendations and status updates to stakeholders ensuring data needs are met.
- Help with the creation of presentations designed to influence stakeholders and drive business decisions.
- Produce reports that allow the business to highlight progress, risks and defects across systems and processes.
- Identify innovative strategies to create operational and/or system efficiencies.
- Support the technology data strategy through the building of common product, business, and reference databases and automation.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a data, business or reporting analyst.
- Must know Tableau, Power BI and have demonstrated experience with SQL, Sharepoint, and writing DAX measures and ETL processes.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
- Must have strong project management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize.
Bonus Skills:
- Financial services experience
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
