We are assisting an elite firm in its search for a Debt Financing partner to join its prestigious, Chambers ranked practice.
The firm is specifically seeking someone with expertise handling middle market private equity financings. Qualified candidates should have 8+ years of experience with acquisitions financings, mezzanine financing facilities, and intermediator arrangements. Must be willing to handle both sponsor-side and provider-side financing transactions. This position will serve as the point-person for the financing side of deals and will also be responsible for mentoring associates.
