Are you just starting in the IT Field and would like to gain real world experience? If yes, one of our top clients in Milwaukee, WI are looking for a Desktop Support 1 candidate to fulfil their many IT related issues.
Position responsibilities
* Provide daily support for PC hardware and software
* install and troubleshoot peripherals for users
* Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and request
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory
* Solid understanding of Microsoft products
* Documents, tracks and monitors client incidents and requests in ticketing system to ensure timely and accurate resolution
