Our client, a nonprofit in Boston, is seeking a Temporary Senior Development Coordinator to join their Crisis Services Department. The Senior Development Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the development team, including assisting with major gifts research and support, implementation of event fundraising strategy raising over $1.5 million annually, and managing the Salesforce CRM for development. This is an exciting, hands-on position with growth opportunity. This role presents an opportunity for a compassionate and empathetic individual to utilize detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills to help ensure efficient operation of the organization. You will need at least 3+ years of administrative experience, with emphasis on candidates with who have worked in the nonprofit sector in the past. You will also possess strong CRM/Salesforce knowledge and have applied it in prior workplaces. This role can pay $20-25 an hour based on experience and is looking for this person to start ASAP.
