Job Responsibilities
- Will work with drivers on assigned trips.
- Will monitor GPS system to ensure they are following directions and on time.
- Answer phones to assist customers with sales and scheduling
Requirements
- This position will require multi-task type of work office pace.
- Dispatch experience and a knowledge of the city is a plus.
- Good computer skills required
- Must be able to multi-task, have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills required
