Docketing Specialist:
Boutique law firm is seeking a Docketing Specialist for its Orlando, Florida office. This unique opportunity requires a high level of organization, communication, research, and precision. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a high energy, fast-paced environment with attention to detail. The Docketing Specialist will maintain the firm's docket, calculate deadlines and mirror the court docket for each of the firm's matters. Position will require daily and weekly docket reports, collecting information on cases to be scheduled, processing court order deadlines and reviewing the docket for compliance with each court jurisdiction. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team. Those who have obtained paralegal certifications are encouraged to apply and ProLaw experience would be a plus. Qualified applicants must have the requisite experience, personality and dedication to produce the highest quality work.
