Our client, a conservative policy think tank, is seeking a direct-hire Donor Database Associate to join their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 1+ years of professional experience or strong internships required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software; Salesforce or database experience is a plus.
- Must be driven and eager to learn with strong data management, project coordination, and research skills.
- Ability to work 100% on-site full-time (5x/week) in the Washington, DC office.
The Job:
- Manage all donor data, gift processing, and reporting in the donor database (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with other members of the Development team and train on database processes.
- Support fundraising events by tracking and maintaining lists in the database.
- Conduct prospective donor research, prepare outreach materials, and draft marketing/communications for donors.
- Support fundraising events with possible opportunity to travel.
This is a direct-hire position that pays $50K-$55K, depending on experience.
