Our client, a conservative policy think tank, is seeking a direct-hire Donor Relations Associate & Database Manager to join their team in Washington, DC!

About You:

  • 1+ years of professional experience or strong internships required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software; Salesforce or database experience is a plus.
  • Must be driven and eager to learn with strong data management, project coordination, and research skills.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site full-time (5x/week) in the Washington, DC office.

The Job:

  • Manage all donor data, gift processing, and reporting in the donor database (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with other members of the Development team and train on database processes.
  • Support fundraising events by tracking and maintaining lists in the database.
  • Conduct prospective donor research, prepare outreach materials, and draft marketing/communications for donors.
  • Support fundraising events with possible opportunity to travel.
