Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Doylestown)
Beacon Hill Legal is working with a law firm in Philadelphia, PA that is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate candidate in their Doylestown office.
Main responsibilties will include doing due diligence, document preparation, municipal zoning and land use applications, agreements, and be able tp prepare and distribute close binders in connection with loan and bond transactions.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, real estate transactions and/or land use and zoning.
