Our client is a prestigious university based in Cambridge, MA seeking an Education Program Coordinator. He/she/they will be responsible for the logistical, technological, and curriculum support of a portfolio including seven online courses from March - September 2023. These online courses range from 4-16 weeks and are designed to support the professional advancement of clinical and translational scientists. This role pays up to 33/hr depending on candidate experience. Core hours comprise a Monday-Friday 35 hour work week.

Duties:

  • Managing individual course email inboxes and responding to all inquiries
  • Scheduling course team and course committee meetings as needed
  • Preparing and managing course documents
  • Electronic processing of course registration data
  • Tracking receipt of course fees
  • Sending all participant communications pre, during, and post-course
  • Managing and overseeing course participants in the learning management system
  • Uploading materials to and maintaining course web pages
  • Managing and creating materials in the learning management system
  • Providing external facing support to prospective course registrants and participants
  • Processing and submitting documents according to the complex accreditation process for continuing medical education (CME) credits
  • Tracking course participant completion rates
  • Submitting course completion data and tracking for CME and Salesforce data collection
  • Collecting feedback from course evaluation surveys and saving accordingly
  • Collecting and submitting documentation for processing honoraria to course faculty and committee members
  • Tracking expenses and processing invoices according to financial protocols

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and related software applications on Mac and PC is required
  • Mail merge
