Our client, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Eligibility Analyst to support their team!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with health and welfare, employee benefits, COBRA administration, and data entry required.
• Detail-oriented with strong written/verbal communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations in posting cash receipts and reconciliations.
• Tech savvy with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC office.

The Job:

• Daily Administration for employee health benefits in accordance with the Summary Plan.
• Post monthly contribution payments and resolve vendor eligibility discrepancy reports.
• Provide customer service to participants/contributing employers.
• Maintain records, file documents & research/request additional info.
• Generate and mail letters and eligibility notices to participants.
