One role is junior, while the other is midlevel, and both offer strong compensation, NO BILLABLE HOUR requirement, and the chance to work on exciting matters at a lifestyle-friendly firm.
Ideal candidates for these roles will have at least two years of experience working with emerging growth companies and/or on venture capital or other investment transactions. Excellent academic credentials required along with ability to waive into NC Bar if not already licensed.
