Human Resources Business Partner needed for growing company in Atlanta area. This person will oversee performance management, the performance review process, participate in offboarding and exit interviews, along with partnering with the hiring managers. Will manage counseling for the performance process and offer recommendations to the hiring managers. Will facilitate training and onsite sessions for the learning and development program. This role will specialize in employee relations and learning and development.

This is a hybrid role which will require 3 days a week onsite. They offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

• Counseling employees
• Facilitating exit interviews
• Working with hiring managers to udpate roles and responsibilities and job descriptions
• Provide support to the human resources team
• Coordinate training and oversee all aspects of performance management

Qualifications preferred include:

Bachelor's degree; HR certification

5+ years of experience in a human resources related role

Strong customer service and vendor management experience
