Responsibilities

*Submit Daily Purchase Orders for Assigned Suppliers

*Follow-Up on Open Orders for Tracking and Invoice Information

*Follow-Up on Back Orders for Updated Availability

*Verify Price, Delivery and Open PO ETA Accuracy

*Communicate Order Updates to Sales, Product, and Marketing Teams

*Review and Expedite Product to Maintain In-Stock Availability

*Obtain Credits for Short-Shipped Products

*Provide Resolution for Invoice Discrepancies

*Honest and transparent communication creating win-win partnerships between our customers, associates, and vendors

*Collaboration with other departments and suppliers to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, extra parts, etc within the respective SLAs

*Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and take active measures towards resolution independently, while collaborating with other team members, departments and vendors when appropriate

*Display the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback as a means of professional development
