Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in accounting * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong attention to detail * Ability to write clearly and succinctly * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Adept at meeting challenging client requirements and deadlines * Personable, ambitious and looking for a career path opportunity | Responsibilities * Conduct year end closing processes including gathering workpapers from various sources and reconciling general ledger accounts * Prepare compiled and reviewed financial statements * Assist in preparation and documentation of audit workpapers * Preparation of individual, business and fiduciary income tax returns * Preparation of miscellaneous tax returns, including payroll and sale & use tax returns * Develop an understanding of tax laws and regulations * Progress professionally by working toward passing the CPA exam as soon as possible Benefits * Competitive Salary * Reimbursement of all PICPA and AICPA dues and CPE study costs * 401k Retirement Plan and profit sharing * Generous vacation and personal time * Summer Hours Program - all offices close at 1:00 on Fridays Memorial Day * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * 8 hour shift |
