Our client in Philadelphia is looking for an Application Analyst - Epic Resolute PB to join their team. This is a contract role with an extremely stable and well-known organization.

Position Description:

• Charge Review
• Working with HIM
• Some security or credit card work (setting up users in Resolute PB, charge capture, etc.)
• Higher level would be more focused on charging - charge router, programming, building rules, work queue development
• Support 2 quarterly updates annually with build, testing

Required Skills:

• Certified Epic Resolute professional billing and admin
• 1+ year of Epic Resolute professional billing and admin experience (ideally security, charge router, charge review, credit cards, work queue development, build and testing, rules development, supporting quarterly updates)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - ability to meet benchmarks for service
• Ability to form strong relationships with operations
• Understand workflows, troubleshoot issues, etc.
• Understands claims, remittance, Professional Billing
