Our client in Philadelphia is looking for an Application Coordinator to join their team. This is a permanent role starting as a contract-to-hire with a very stable and well-known organization. This role will be remote during the contract period and then will be required to be on site 3 days a week once a permanent employee.

Daily responsibilities:

• Working with other members of the team to build enhance update Epic applications specific to Radiology, Patient Admissions, etc.
• Taking ownership of ticket resolutions
• On-call from Monday to Sunday, after hours support every 4-6 weeks once trained.
• Supporting Epic
• Several 2023 projects including one fresh install, and converting one Epic to our Epic, upgrades, and conversions.

Required skills:

• Must have anEpic certification - ideally Radiant, Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, Cupid, Ambulatory, Orders, Beaker, PowerScribe, or similar
• A bachelor's degree is a must (any degree/programs in healthcare or informatics a bonus)
