Our client, a very successful economic think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant to support their team!
About You:
- 4+ years of administrative/executive support experience.
- Interest in philanthropy, social impact, health, and/or medical research.
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent multitasking and oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC office.
The Job:
- Manage calendars and scheduling; coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage information and work-flow across the team.
- Preparing expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and financial reports; process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
- Assist with project preparation and provide support within teams as needed.
- Coordinate virtual and on-site meetings; prepare meeting materials.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as needed.
