Our client, a non- profit dedicated to helping induvial, families and businesses is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible of performing administrative and logistical duties for the President & CEO and the Office of the President, they will play a central role in helping to organize and enhance the President's role and effectiveness internally and externally and also serves as a key liaison and gatekeeper for the President and will include the following duties:
* Manage, organize, and maintain President's extensive calendar;
* Work with the Vice President of Strategy and Operations to ensure that President's schedule aligns with the evolving strategic priorities of the organization and that appropriate senior managers and other staff are engaged on key tasks, projects, and initiatives;
* Provide a visible presence in the Office of the President and is accessible to internal and external stakeholders including members of the Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, political and civic leaders, as well as family members; welcomes individuals and provides administrative support for meetings;
* Coordinate and compile items for President's daily briefing folder, working closely with the Special Assistant and other staff to ensure President is briefed and prepared for speaking engagements, meetings and conferences;
* Manage all President's phone calls; responds to requests for information and takes accurate and complete messages; delegates action and follow up on messages; implements and maintains call tracking system;
* Make all travel arrangements for President and produces detailed itineraries for complex, frequent, and often-changing travel schedules;
* Reconcile expenses and submits expense reports in a timely manner for President's signature;
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree, have 10+ years of related executive assistant experience, have excellent proofreading and editing skills, have strong Microsoft Office skills and be detailed oriented and organized. This role can compensate up to $40/hr, and could annualize up to $85k. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
