Our client, a global health organization headquartered in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and project support to the CEO, as well as be on hand to provide support to additional executives as needed. This is a temporary full-time role consisting of a M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm work schedule. This role is compensating up to $35/hour depending on experience. Candidates can expect to interview quickly and should be local to the area.

Day to day duties will include:
* Calendar management, including the scheduling of calls, meetings and travel.
* Coordinating travel logistics (international and domestic) including: booking flights, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, ensuring compliance with country-specific entry or exit requirements, procuring visas and communication with country teams and/or partners
* Tracking receipts and preparing and submitting monthly expense reports
* Creating a weekly report of the upcoming week's meeting schedule and sharing it with relevant leadership.
* Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* High level corporate administrative experience working with senior executives required.
* Ability to manage sensitive information and communications with discretion.
* Highly motivated to seek out resolutions, work independently and self-motivate with limited oversight from manager.
* Ability to communicate effectively with people of varied professional and cultural backgrounds.
* Keen attention to professional email etiquette, especially with regard to the transmission of sensitive data.
* Proven ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency with Smartsheet and Box a plus.
