Our client is a non-profit located in Boston, MA seeking a highly driven and experienced Executive Assistant to join their growing team. This role pays up to 43/hr depending on candidate experience, and comprises a 40-hour work week. This role is temp to perm and will compensate between 80-85K once permanent.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage Co-Founders' calendars; responding to and triaging internal and external meeting requests; making travel arrangements; and developing detailed itineraries
  • Support Co-Founders with meetings virtually and in person
  • Manage Co-Founders' incoming communications, often serving as a primary point of contact (by phone and email) to external relationships
  • Manage weekly calendar planning and end of day sync meetings with Co-Founders
  • Manage weekly priorities tracker for Co-Founders, ensuring timelines and tasks are updated in a timely manner
  • Partner with Chief Campaign Officer to assure effective and responsive internal operations
  • Coordinate meetings, tasks, and other activities with other members of the team
  • Finalizing materials, as needed, for meetings and calls

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Thrives in an exceptionally fast-paced work environment, with the responsibility to establish and manage an intensive external and internal meeting schedule.
  • Has the ability to be both disciplined and nimble as required; to problem-solve in high-intensity situations
  • Possesses at least 5 years of administrative experience and executive support
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and interdependently and communicate effectively across organizational levels and across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possesses passion for mission-driven and nonprofit environments
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced technical proficiency (Zoom; Teams and MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with Salesforce CRM)
