Executive Assistant to $90K Plus Bonus- Work in Finance!
Successful investment management firm is currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their Boston team! In this role, you will provide support to the senior partners including preparing presentations; managing busy calendars; coordinating travel arrangements; taking on special projects. You will also manage vendor relationships; support the HR functions of the office; and maintain the client database. If you prove yourself and succeed in the administrative role there is opportunity to grow within the organization. The qualified Executive Assistant must have 3+ years of related experience; impressive academic credentials; advanced technical knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; superior communication, interpersonal, project management, multitasking and problem-solving skills; and ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to work well autonomously, as well as collaboratively with a team!
