Our client, a private liberal arts institution, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their 8 person office. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and they are in office four days a week with one day work from home, though there will be flexibility to go in all five days as needed. This role is perfect for someone with excellent administrative skills, with a demonstrated commitment to detail-orientation and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, as well as scheduling, travel, and expense reports for the CIO
  • Manage all logistics and scheduling associated with the committee meetings both on and offsite
  • Provide quarterly non salary budget reports to facilitate internal budgetary controls
  • Troubleshoot all technological, admin or operational issues
  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors into the office

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required
  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience
  • Must be well spoken and have good judgement
  • Finance industry experience is great to have, or academic or legal
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $70-90K total compensation based on experience
