Our client, a market-leading specialty insurance company headquartered in NYC, is looking for a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role is fully onsite in their downtown office. This role starts ASAP, with a temp trial period of around 3 months. Standard daily hours are 9am-6pm, with potential for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy scheduling & calendar management. Helping to keep on track/ prioritize throughout the day.
• Booking travel (domestic).
• Finalizing presentations in PowerPoint.
• Reconciling expenses.
• Gatekeeping.
• Answering the phone.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks & projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience supporting C-Suite level executive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience booking travel and reconciling expenses.
• Strong writing skills.
• Insurance industry experience preferred, though not required.
• Able to work fully onsite 5 days/ week.

Compensation/Benefits:

• 100-125K DOE, hourly pay rate while temping in-line.
