Our client, a global medical device company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their COO. Hours are typical business hours, but with 24/7 availability as needed. This role is 100% remote. This candidate must be comfortable flying on the corporate plane to their domestic HQ office once per month from Teterboro, NJ , as well as attending meetings in lower CT office once per month (both with notice).

Responsibilities:

• Stay many steps ahead of the COO in order to accommodate last minute changes and competing priorities
• Be an internal liaison and gatekeeper for all communication for the COO, including email and calendar management
• Provide seamless travel coordination, expense processing, and calendar management for the COO
• Know the ins and outs of keeping the COO on task, and ensure everything goes seamlessly each day

Qualifications:

• Candidate out of a fast-paced and high-volume environment is preferred
• Must be confident and have executive presence
• Candidate must be able to manage up and roll with the punches
• High-level projects experience is preferred

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

• Up to $150K base
